Three shapes under stress: fragile breaks, robust holds, antifragile improves. Most systems aren't classified - they should be.
When you encounter a system - a habit, a portfolio, a workflow, a relationship - ask which of the three it is under stress. If you don't know, you don't know what will happen when stress comes (and it always does).
The triad gives you a checkable status. «Robust» is acceptable. «Fragile» is a problem to solve. «Antifragile» is what you want by design.
A startup with one customer = fragile. With 10 diversified customers = robust. With a feedback loop that turns customer churn into product improvements = antifragile.
